Dock Building at Lake of the Ozarks

Custom Dock Construction at Lake of the Ozarks

Building a new dock at Lake of the Ozarks requires experience, the right equipment, and Ameren Missouri certification. Docktor Dock Company designs and builds custom docks that fit your waterfront, your needs, and your budget. Every dock we build meets or exceeds Ameren standards.

Our Dock Building Process

Step 1: Site Assessment. We visit your property, measure the waterfront, check water depth, and review Ameren permit requirements for your location.

Step 2: Design and Quote. We design a dock layout tailored to your needs — slip count, lift placement, swim platform, roof coverage. You get a detailed quote with no surprises.

Step 3: Permitting. As an Ameren Certified Dock Builder (CDB-124), we handle the permit process. We know what Ameren requires and submit compliant plans.

Step 4: Construction. Our crew builds your dock on site. Steel frames are welded and finished, decking is installed, and all hardware is torqued to spec.

Step 5: Final Inspection. We walk through the completed dock with you and make sure everything meets your expectations.

What We Build

  • Personal Docks — Single and double slip docks for residential waterfront
  • Multi-Slip Docks — Three or more slips with shared roof structures
  • Commercial Docks — Marina-grade structures for businesses and HOAs
